Adsense application rejected? Re apply!

They said create your own website and resubmit, and website should be active for 6 months before I can apply for Adsense. Can you tell me what the problem is? Below is the mail I got. Answer:
Google is always against duplicate content and would go any extend to get rid of it. I had a quick look at your blog and found that the same content could be found on around 180 other sites on the internet. The blog has duplicate content!

Write something of your own and re apply. Give an impression that you are going to continue writing. Chances are quite high that you will be counted in! Once you get approved, please let us know about it here.
